New Member Mentors needed
Do you remember when you first joined Shir Ami? It was probably a little overwhelming. We average about 40 new families joining our congregation every year. We are looking for families who can be Mentors to these new families over there first year here at Shir Ami. Are you interested? We are not looking for a big commitment in time. Your role as a mentor would be to invite them to attend a Shabbat service with you, or meet at one of the back to school events, or join in the many social events happening at Shir Ami. Just like joining any organization the first impressions are what stick with you the most. Please consider helping a new member family with a great first impression.
