Facility
Classrooms at Shir Ami are bright, comfortable and well equipped with the latest in educational materials. The Auditorium is used for our creative gym and our Chapel is used for Shabbat programs and other special performances. We are very proud of our large, very well equipped playground. All of the equipment was as a result of the outstanding fundraising efforts of the parent committee.
Security
To ensure the safety of our students and staff, the doors to our synagogue building are kept locked. We have a buzzer/audio system that allows us to speak to people at the doors without opening them, and video access that allows us to constantly monitor the school hallways and the preschool and administrative entrances. In addition, each family receives a key fob which serves as a source of identification and allows entry into the building.
